What we collect
Information you give us when you fill in a form, apply, book a call or sign up for something free:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Details about your travel business, such as your niche, revenue range and goals.
- Anything you write in a message to us.
Information collected automatically when you use the site:
- Pages you visit, how you got here, and roughly how long you stay.
- Device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and similar technical data.
- Cookie and pixel identifiers that let us measure our advertising.
How we use it
- To reply to you, run your strategy call and decide whether we’re a fit.
- To send the newsletter, free trainings or other things you asked for.
- To follow up by email, phone or text about our programs. You can opt out at any time.
- To understand which pages and ads work so we can improve them.
- To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your inquiry, calls and programs. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Tools that process your data
We use outside services to run the site. They handle your data on our behalf:
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, for site analytics.
- The Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Hyros, to measure and target our ads.
- Typeform, for applications and surveys.
- Our CRM (built on HighLevel), for contact forms, email and text follow-up.
- Calendly, for booking calls.
- Kajabi, for the member portal and some free resources.
- Spotify, YouTube, Vidalytics and Loom, for the video and audio players on our pages. These may set their own cookies when you press play.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, with professional advisers such as our accountants and lawyers, if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or merger of the business.
Cookies and your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site may not work as well.
- Google offers an opt-out add-on for Google Analytics.
- You can manage the ads Meta shows you in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
- Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we’re working together or while it’s useful for following up, then delete it or keep it only as long as tax, accounting or legal rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights too, such as opting out of targeted advertising. Contact us and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The site is for travel professionals. It isn’t meant for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
